Frank's Gym is a family owned and operated fitness centre that has been part of Noosa for more than 30 years.                        

Frank's Gym is the only club in Noosa with world renowned Nautilus™ equipment from America. Not only is it the best equipment, but it comes with the backing of the Nautilus Academy™ which constantly updates the latest training methods. Our trainers attend seminars on training principles every 3 months.

Central to your success is the Nautilus 24 Minute Expressway. A 14 station circuit designed to give maximum results from only 2x24 minute workouts per week.

Our Cardio Theatre is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and features the latest fitness equipment, including the new Nautilus Treadclimber™, a low impact walking machine that burns calories in half the time. Three large plasma televisions and surround sound complete the experience. You can even choose your own program with any FM headset. Choose from any of our 6 interactive touch screen bikes, plug in your Ipod and ride away with a breeze in your face, or download a race track from the internet on our Espresso bikes.

We have Noosa's only "timber sprung" aerobic studio.This high tech floor sits on a bed of rubber and springs to take the impact out of your workout and make it easy on your knees and back. Also as there is no carpet your workout is hygenic and free of dust mites.
