CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

PowerBar – This is a simple and effective class with the use of dumbells, barbells and bodyweight exercises. Suitable for everyone – even the uncoordinated.
Yoga/ Beginner Yoga - A nice and relaxing, stretchy class to enable more flexibility and range of movement.
Yoga Fusion – with a mixture of Pilates and Yoga, this class invigorates the mind and body while also working the core.
Pilates – An excellent class to help lengthen and strengthen the muscles and help to reinforce the core and back muscles.
Cycle – A class that needs little coordination and is an intense heart, lung and lower body workout. Maximum of 10 participants.
Step – This is a high energy class which does require some degree of coordination, although is open for anyone to try. Lots of fun with the challenge of a platform and fast music participants.
Step Moves – A highly choreographed step class that will get your mind and body working at top speed. Good coordination is recommended.

 

Basic Step & Bitz – The first ½ hour is for those who are new to step or would like to improve their technique. The second half of the class is for the ladies who want to tone and firm up those girly Bitz.
Boxing
– This class is a great way to raise a sweat and to keep you fighting fit!! Get primed......
XT – (cross training) Variety and challenge is always a good thing. Give it a go!
Vinyasa Yoga - An intermediate level class designed for all ages. Explore movement and breath as the body flows gracefully through a series of postures designed to increase flexibility, strength, muscle tone and CV activity.
