"I hadn't been to a Gym for 26 years and had recurring back problems as the result of a slipped disc in 1971. My back would get tired just leaning over a sink or doing a bit of work on the car motor.
Frank and Kym Everett suggested I sign up for the Nautilus Circuit. It takes about 30 minutes every second day and targets specific muscle groups. Trainers design a personal programme to suit your physical ability.
Not only can I bend over without tiring, I was able to lay a path with large pavers only 2 weeks after starting my course ...and I didn't have any back tiredness.
Even better is that I'm starting to rebuild muscles that I thought had gone forever."
